Abstract
This article discusses the legislation passed during Kirchner's presidency in the field of human rights, then presenting a content analysis and the normative discussion of the sanctioned laws. Finally, the conclusion introduces some final reflections on the results obtained, as well as proposes the existence of various aspects that could be subject to future studies.
