Abstract
Surprisingly, the Wise Spirits in the Heaven of the Sun are presented as dancing women. Perhaps, because in the Bible Sapientia appears like a dancing girl. But, first and foremost, because the divine perichoresis is an aeternal and circular movement of dance, a nuptial dance. One coud thus appreciate the theological coherence in the narrative of Paradise X, beginning with a solemn trinitarian proem, and ending with the Bride singing an aubade to his Groom, so that He may love Her.
