Abstract
Sorprendentes, conmovedoras, divertidas e inquietantes, cada una de las diez obras de este volumen explora nuestro deseo de comunicarnos en la era del Covid-19 a través de videollamadas y redes sociales. Las piezas fueron comisionadas por la Asociación Argentina de Traductores e Intérpretes y la Diplomatura en Dramaturgia del Centro Cultural Paco Urondo. Luego fueron traducidas por equipos trabajando en Reino Unido, Argentina y Venezuela como parte de la colaboración argentina y británica Exploring Theatre Translation. Aquí están, en una conexión por fin estable, las obras originales y sus traducciones.
Surprising, moving, funny and disturbing, each of the ten plays in this volume explores our desire to communicate in the age of Covid-19 through video calls and social media. The plays were commissioned by the Argentine Association of Translators and Interpreters and the Diploma in Dramaturgy of the Centro Cultural Paco Urondo. They were then translated by teams working in the UK, Argentina, and Venezuela as part of the Argentine and British collaboration Exploring Theatre Translation.
