Research data supporting the thesis "Investigations into Parthenolide and Boronic Acid Oxidation towards Prodrug Development"

Appendix that supplements PhD thesis "Investigations into Parthenolide and Boronic Acid Oxidation towards Prodrug Development" by Alex Quy. Data gathered between July 2019 and April 2022. The principal data is to show the pKa values of synthesised boronic esters, as well as their absolute rate constants of oxidation by hydrogen peroxide. Details of structures of all the molecules can be found in the main text of the thesis, as well as descriptions of how the experiments were undertaken.
