This repository contains the simulation code and data used to generate Figure 5 and Supporting Figures S3 and S4 in the article titled "Effect of coat-protein concentration on the self-assembly of bacteriophage MS2 capsids around RNA". In long_polymer we share the data used to produce Figure 5 and Supporting Figure S3, and short_polymer contains the data used to produce Supporting Figure S4.
