Abstract

Lattice distortion and expansion of crystal planes facilitated the structural re-arrangement of the constituent atoms of YAG significantly improved the degree of crystallinity during the solvothermal synthesis at 300̊C and 8.5 MPa for 2h using organic precursors with 1,4 butanediol.
