Abstract

A novel pyridine intercalate of a layered bismuth molybdate, BiMo2O7OH . 2H(2)O, has been prepared and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, infrared and MAS NMR spectroscopy, and TGA and formulated as BiMo2O7OH . 0.43C(5)H(5)N . 1.17H(2)O.
