Abstract

Analysis of the planar superconducting structures on ferrite substrate is accomplished using developed EM simulator, which allows to take into account physical properties of HTS film and both electric and magnetic anisotropy of substrate. The EM simulator is based on full-wave spatial-domain analysis of the boxed planar structure embedded in a layered anisotropic media by Method of Moment (MoM). The results obtained are compared with measured data.
