Abstract

In this paper we describe the development, functionality and applications of the WESTT human performance-modelling tool which represents human and technological activity at multiple levels of analysis; primarily as social networks, propositional networks, and in terms of operational loading. The tool can be used to analyse data from field observations as well as in prototyping new system configurations.
