Andy Ingram’s work in the area of energy and chemical industries addresses polymer processing, development of applications for positron emission particle tracking (PEPT) and granular behaviour in rotating drums and fluidised beds. His work in speciality products covers granulation, granular flow, PEPT, polymer processing, powder technology and life cycle analysis.

Research activity includes the development of large volume processors for polymer reaction engineering and axial and radial dispersion of particles in rotating drums.
