Description
The purpose of the Teacher consultation panel was to contribute to and peer-review the initial content and structure of a CPD programme aimed at school leaders, based on character educaiton. Mmebers of the panel consisted of School Leaders from 10 UK Schools recognised for their character education provision.
During the consultation meeting, the provisional programme of work and suggested content was introduced and discussed. The aims were:
• To review and discuss the provisional structure and content of the programme.
• To establish key questions/areas which the programme will need to answer/cover.
• To inform the content of the programme by generating ideas for useful related activities
• To consider how best to promote/advertise the training
