Result Description: The trial coordinating centre facilitated a PRISM recruitment challenge meeting on 30th November 2015 which was attended by 56 research team members from 31 recruiting centres. This meeting was found to be very useful by all those who attended and a number of ideas were presented and discussed as to how the recruitment rate can be improved. We learnt that a critical factor in influencing receptivity to the trial is how a patient is first told about the study by frontline clinical staff. The experiences of University Hospital Coventry (the top recruiting centre) were shared with the whole group. Result Description: Plans made for future related activity.
