Description

I am a member of the editorial board for the Food and Bioproducts Processing (FBP) journal, which is the official journal of the European Federation of Chemical Engineering. The FBP editorial board comprises academics with internationally established research track-records at the interface between engineering and food or bioproducts. In line with my main research expertise and interests, my editorship focuses on the core topic area of Food and Drink Process Engineering.
