Abstract
Simulation calculations were performed for systems with renewable energy production. These systems included wind/solar converters, battery and hydrogen storage. The system model is characterized by the following features: they are stand alone electric systems; three primary energy sources are combined (wind, solar and a conventional fuelled motor); renewable energy source covers a high proportion of consumption (70-100%); two different storage systems (lead acid accumulator, hydrogen system). Technical data of modelled subsystems are tabulated. Storage capacities of 1 day already show high renewable fractions. (A.J.)
