Abstract
This paper analyses full scale data collected in the UK during the period of December 2002 to May 2003. The data relates to a "Mark 3 " coach, a traditional vehicle found on the UK train network and one perceived as "safe" due to the lack of wind induced accidents associated with it. The analysis builds on the previous work of the authors and will examine a number of key aerodynamic parameters which are important to train stability.
