    Abstract

The cracked tension zone model of Tue and Konig is extended to take account of changes in slip between steel and concrete as a result of maintained and/or cyclic loading. The bond stress-slip curve given in CEB Model Code 90 is adapted for the extended analysis, which enables load history to he considered. The predicted results are compared with test results, and found to be in good agreement.
