Abstract

This animated video is part of The Philosophy Garden, a set of resources created to bring philosophy to young people and the general public.

The aim of the video is to explore the problem of deep disagreement over values in politics, and in particular the uses and limits of neutrality as a way of handling this kind of disagreement. The script was written by Jeremy Williams and inspired by Jeremy's philosophical research on these issues.

The video is part of a project called "Towards a more cohesive digital society", led by Lisa Bortolotti and funded by an AHRC Impact Acceleration Award.
