Abstract

This paper reports on in-depth interviews with students in their first year of university, and explores the ways in which they navigate, revise and make sense of their food practices as they enter university life. In particular it pays to attention to the interaction with digital technologies in relation to food consumption during this period asking if and how students use their time at university as an opportunity to alter, even revolutionise how they eat.
