Responsible technology in marketing: Theory, adoption, practice

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingChapter (peer-reviewed)peer-review

Abstract

In this chapter, we define the domain of responsible technology in marketing. The chapter reviews key theoretical traditions that open up technology in marketing as a matter of responsibility. Throughout the chapter, we present vignettes from our ongoing empirical research with global marketing organisations to illustrate these issues in the real world. Building on these discussions, we identify critical questions and key debates.
