Abstract

Physiotherapists are confronting the issue of continuing professional development (CPD) by partaking in CPD frameworks developed, regardless of speciality. This article discusses why physiotherapists in cardio-respiratory care need to develop their own frameworks, and presents data supporting an evidence-based approach to CPD.
