Abstract

Reliable ISAR image ATR systems require a robust feature selection. Recently developed ATR systems based on polarimetric ISAR images need to extract polarimetrically persistent scattering centre for performing a robust target identification. In this paper, an algorithm for tracking and extracting polarimetrically persistent scatterers is proposed.
