Abstract

This case study explores my proactive initiative contributing to addressing gender imbalance in Economics through an impactful series of school outreach events. Targeting young female students from underrepresented backgrounds, these events employ diverse activities showcasing the broad discipline. Positive feedback, gathered through structured questionnaires, emphasises the significance of early intervention in inspiring an interest in Economics among students.
