Abstract

In the last months of 2018 a number of reports concerning healthcare leadership in England were published. In October the NHS Leadership Academy published the findings of a survey of Chief Executives which explored their views of the attractions and barriers to clinicians becoming chief executives (NHS Providers/NHS Leadership Academy, 2018).
