Abstract

This report explores the impact of the race equality charter mark (REC) on equality policy and inclusion in higher education institutions (HEIs) in England. Very little is known about the impact of the REC, this project therefore, represents a unique perspective on existing and emergent work around the impact of equality policy making in HEIs.
