Abstract

We present our recent development of high-temperature superconducting (HTS) Josephson terahertz (THz) detector arrays for imaging. The device is made of 10 Au thin-film antennae-coupled YBa2Cu3Ox-7 step-edge Josephson junction detectors. The design and characterization of the THz detector array, the development of multi-channel biasing and read-out electronics, and the system integration will be described.
