Abstract

Over a 10 year period, a large number of immunological investigations were performed on the peripheral blood, iris and aqueous humour of patients with Fuchs' heterochromic cyclitis (FHC). Many immunological aberrations were detected, but it was felt these may indicate a response to a variety of initiating or unrelated factors rather than reflecting a disease of true immunological origin.
