Abstract

In this paper, two conformal antennas for wireless telemetry are proposed for use in wireless capsule endoscopy applications. Both antennas are simulated in a simple one-layer body phantom using the CST software package. Measurements were carried out using additively manufactured prototypes within a body phantom material. Good agreement was obtained between measured and simulated frequency responses.
