Abstract
This paper presents proof-of-concept methods and results on coherent change detection using passive bistatic SAR. The passive operation comprises Global Navigation Satellite Systems (e.g. GPS, GLONASS or Galileo) as transmitters of opportunity and a fixed receiver. An experimental program is described to investigate the possibility to coherently detect scene changes with such a system in a real environment and obtained results are discussed.
