An accelerated T-matrix method for simulating the focusing of light in tissue using arbitrary wavefronts

Abstract

We present a new efficient numerical toolkit for scattering light within biological tissue using the T-matrix method. We demonstrate its usefulness in areas such as wavefront shaping.
