Abstract

The realization of green manufacturing has become one of the focus topics for an increasing number of people because the realization of the green development of the manufacturing industry is of great significance for improving our living environment. The production scheduling issue is one of the key issues in the production manufacturing field, aiming at the scheduling issue in manufacturing. This paper proposes a green production scheduling optimization method that takes processing task collaboration into consideration. In this method, the maximization of machine utilization is taken as the objective function of optimization; that is, green manufacturing with the maximization of energy utilization is realized, and the processing task collaboration is taken as the constraint condition. In addition, the advantages and practicability of the design method in this paper are verified by using a case study. The results show that the method designed in this paper may be relatively capable as a new method to solve the green production scheduling issue, which has a positive effect on improving the comprehensive utilization rate of machine energy.
