Biography
Sudarshan studied Mechanical Engineering at Pulchowk Engineering Campus, Tribhuvan University. He then pursued an MSc in Sustainable Development and an MA in Social Research, with focus on energy, climate change, and human development. In between his academic progression, he worked with private as well as governmental and non-governmental institutions on various energy projects, mostly off-grid energy systems. In 2022, he joined the University of Birmingham as a PhD student, researching the multifaceted nature of energy poverty in Nepal and its interaction with external shocks.
