Shan He's main research interests are in the multidisciplinary areas of computational biology and computational intelligence, more specifically in optimisation, data mining, agent-based modelling and their applications to proteomics and metabolomics. He is also working in the Centre for Systems Biology in the School of Biosciences.
Dr He is looking for highly motivated doctoral researchers to work in the multidisciplinary areas of computational biology and computational intelligence.
