Saneesh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Strategy & International Business. His research explores how strategic leadership groups and entrepreneurial teams shape strategic outcomes such as innovation and internationalization. He uses Multivariate Analysis including Meta-analysis, and Topic Modeling in his research.
His emerging interests lie in extending the scholarly conversation and offering practitioner insights into responsible business practices around economic inequalities. He reviews manuscripts for the Journal of Business Research (ABS3) and the International Journal of Management Reviews (ABS3).
Before joining academia, Saneesh was a senior analyst at Frost & Sullivan, a global consulting and industry research firm, where he worked on projects across countries and industries. His industry insights were quoted in leading practitioner outlets such as The Financier Worldwide (UK), The Arabian Business, Global Pharma & Biotech Industry, Drug Development & Delivery (US), and Biospectrum Asia
