Rafael is a visionary executive passionate about technologies for the recovery of bio-energy and bio-chemicals from biomass resources (biorefinery concept). Enterprising, innovative and people oriented able to forge excellent relationships across organisational boundaries with all stakeholders and to develop and influence teams to achieve objectives enjoying working in multicultural & diverse environments on challenges that require creative holistic approach. Rafael combines more than 15 years of industrial experience with a proven track record in applied research in anaerobic digestion, photo-fermentation, biomass thermal hydrolysis and pyrolysis certain to add significant and measurable value to any organization.
