Paramaconi Rodriguez’s research is focused on the development of electrochemical technologies based on sustainable energy (re)sources, the design of new functional nanomaterials and the molecular-level understanding of electrochemical reactions in well-defined surfaces. One of the main goals of his research is to design and investigate new technologies and materials in order to improve the running of the Polymer Electrolyte Fuel Cell (PEFC). Other research interests include the implementation of electrochemical methods for waste water treatment, CO2 reduction to fuels, Li batteries and chemical analysis.
