I am a research fellow in the Epistemic Injustice in Healthcare (EPIC) project at the University of Birmingham, situated in the Institute for Mental Health. I research cases of epistemic injustice in young people with psychosis through the lens of intersectionality using qualitative methods and philosophy. I also work on enactive models of mental disorder, drawing on phenomenology and feminist theory.
I am interested in philosophy of psychiatry, philosophy of mind, philosophy of science, feminism, lived experience and phenomenology.
