Biography
Dr Hebin Jiang received a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanics from Ningbo University in 2017, followed by a Master's degree in Power Engineering from University of Science and Technology of China in 2020. He subsequently completed a PhD in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Birmingham in 2025.
Research interests
Dr Jiang has broad research interests in the field of mechanics of materials. His recent work focuses on advancing the fundamental understanding of metal-organic framework (MOF) nanoporous liquid intrusion systems and paving the way for their applications in energy absorption and beyond.
