Biography
Emily practised at Irwin Mitchell, Walker Morris and Shoosmiths before joining the Law School at the University of Birmingham in September 2014. Emily is a Lecturer within Birmingham Law School’s Centre for Professional Legal Education and Research (CEPLER). Emily is the module convenor for land law and real estate modules.
Research interests
Emily’s research reflects the decade that she spent in legal practice as a real estate solicitor and concentrates on themes of property law; the legal profession; and legal education.
Emily is currently undertaking a PhD at the University of Birmingham.
