I invite queries from students with an interest in the “long” sixteenth century, particularly the reception of medieval literature, print culture, women’s writing, and Elizabeth I. I also have an interest in Shakespearean adaptation, biofiction and the modern historical novel, and would welcome applications from those interested in Shakespeare and adaptation more widely.
