Emeka Thaddues Njoku's research focuses on international security, counter-terrorism, peacebuilding, non-state governance, conflict-related gender, and sexual violence. Specifically, the impact of global counter-terrorism norms on civil society organisations' peacebuilding and development initiatives in conflict-affected states
