PhD projects

Andrea MacLeod’s research interests focus on the development of models of support for autistic adults, specifically those that promote self-advocacy and autonomy. She has a particular interest in collaborative and participatory research methodologies. With other colleagues within the School, she has been involved in developing a national web-based resource on autism funded by the Department for Education, and a similar resource for primary health care practitioners in Scotland.
