Agnieszka has successfully supervised several PhD students to completion as well as mentored junior colleagues to successful promotions.

She is interested in supervising doctoral research students in the following areas:

1) Internationalisation strategies of firms from/to emerging economies.
2) Location choices of firms with a focus on a sub-national level.
3) Determinants of re-location strategies for sustainable global value chains.
4) Digital globalisation and the role of AI in companies behaviour.
5) The role and impact of multinational companies within the UN's sustainable development agenda.
6) Social justice and diversity strategies of firms.
7) The impact of terrorist incidents and/or resilience on location choices of firms.
8) Language and multi-linguistic challenges in internationalisation strategies of firms.
9) Methodological issues in cross-country research in the era of digitalisation
10) Ethical and governance data issues in cross-country research.
11) The role and impact of big data and/or AI on data collection and decision making.
12) The role and responsibilities of business schools in facilitating responsible management education in the higher education ecosystem.
13) Value based management education in business schools.
