Transcriptional data from Begum et al. 2018 - NF-Y-dependent regulation of glutamate receptor 4 expression and cell survival in cells of the oligodendrocyte lineage

This deposit contains the original data files used for the transcriptomic analyses reported by Begum et al. 2018. The following files are included:
1. Original raw output files from Agilent two colour Microarrays (4 files in total)
2. Complete analysis of single channel data extracted from the two colour arrays (2 excel files)
