Research data supporting PhD thesis entitled "Exploiting polymer nano-encapsulation technology for the study of insecticide targets"

Raw/processed data files from LC-MS/MS experiments containing quantitative information of detected peptides and their associated proteins, following their extraction from native tissue using different solubilisation methods. Proteins are identified by database searching using the MS/MS spectra provided.
