Chaired by Prof. Agnieszka Chidlow (RRBM Working Board Member; University of Birmingham), this panel explored how responsible research and responsible management education can be strategically aligned to generate meaningful societal impact. The discussion focused on strengthening institutional collaboration, accreditation frameworks, and global governance mechanisms to advance credibility, relevance, and collective responsibility in business scholarship.

Panelists included Prof. Andrew Karolyi (Chair of Responsible Research in Business and Management; Dean of Cornell SC Johnson College of Business, Cornell University), Prof. Lily Bi (RRBM Working Board Member; President & CEO of AACSB International), Prof. Alfonse Sauquet (RRBM Working Board Member; Director of EFMD/EQUIS), and Prof. Morris Mthombeni (RRBM Working Board Member; Dean of the Gordon Institute of Business Science, University of Pretoria; AMBA Board Member).

The forum was hosted by the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University and organised by Principles for Responsible Management Education (an initiative of the United Nations Global Compact, United Nations, New York, USA) in collaboration with AACSB, RRBM, and Cornell SC Johnson College of Business. The panel underscored the importance of strategic unity among global institutions in shaping responsible research and education ecosystems.
