Description
The event had two main objectives, the first to share and discuss the contents of the booklet as product of our study on mental health with local NGOs who were active participants of the research process. The second had to do with sharing and presenting the mapping tool and instructions in order to share with with organizations in order to make them access and use the tool freely. The audience showed interest in the booklet , expressing its utility and their intent in using it, sharing it and making it visible to other stakeholders, mainly their partner CSOs. In regards to the mapping tool, the event permitted sharing opinions of how the partner organizations would use the tool in their settings and the types of adaptations as well as concerns they would have with the tool for their beneficiary young people.BY giving the booklet and mapping tool to participants, we aim for the free use of our work to help these NGOs identify, address and plan strategies around mental health issues with local youth and children.
The event was done on December 3, 2024 with local organizations which participated in the research process since the start of the project.
We will remian in contact with participants, particularly to send the digital copies of the booklet, the mapping instructions, the videos and the tik tok.
