Hosted a sandpit event: Understanding Racial and Cultural Dynamics in the Context of Sport (December 2024, in-person). Held at the University of Birmingham, the sandpit brought together three groups—academics, sports policymakers/practitioners, and ethnic minority young peoplewith lived experience—to engage in open and constructive dialogue. The event facilitated reflection on findings from the Fellowship and identified priority issues requiring further research.Attended by 15 participants.
