The ‘Culture and Sustainability’ event is co-organized annually by the DME Project at the Lisboa Incomum space.

With seven editions since 2017 (the year the Lisbon space opened), its objective is to foster an interdisciplinary discussion (artistic, scientific, political) about the roles that artistic practices can play in raising environmental awareness, intervening in discussions on topics such as sustainability and ecology. This discussion takes place between the public and the event's guests through different types of activities such as conferences, concerts, and workshops.
