Description
At the request of the SCCS board, I facilitated a strategic review process in 2016. This involved interviews with stakeholders, executing a member's survey, running focus groups, and interviewing board members and staff. I also ran a day retreat for the board to facilitate strategic planning and produced two reports which were presented to the board over successive meetings. This consultancy called upon my expertise in sociological and ethnographic analysis of community groups and environmental activism and I was able to provide specialist input towards SCCS improvement of outreach to religious and community groups.
