The Moral Web: Youth Character, Ethics and Behaviour is the 4th report by think-tank Demos on character published since 2015. The report was launched at a fringe event at the Conservative Party Conference in Manchester on Monday 2nd October. Jubilee Centre Director Professor James Arthur joined speakers Vicky Ford MP, Jamie Bartlett (Centre for the Analysis of Social Media), Jonathan Baggaley (PSHE Association), Alex Holmes (Diana Award) to speak in a panel debate chaired by Nicholas Hellen (The Sunday Times).
